How do I place an order for artwork?

Email me at elsahcortart@gmail.com and tell me what you want to order. I will accept an order via email with a MC, VISA, Discover Card or American Express. . I will have you call me with your credit card information. Shipping rates will be applied at time of shipping, based on USPS priority mail rates. 7.75% sales tax will be applied to all orders

Can I pick up an order directly from your art studio?

Yes, an appointment can be made to pick up art in person at my art studio in Three Rivers, California. Directions to my studio will be given to you with confirmation of your order. We will set a specific date and time for pickup.

When will my order be shipped?

Most prints will be shipped within 2-3 days of order. Larger prints may take about 2 weeks for order to be shipped. You will be given an email notice at time of shipping.

Will you ship outside of the United States?

Yes. Shipping rates will be calculated at time of shipment via US Post Office.

What is your refund policy?

I offer no refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged in the mail, please let me know as soon as you receive it. I will make arrangements for you to return the damaged art and I will send a replacement.
