If there is no back door, sit down on the floor (also earth).

Become your own teacher and embrace the lessons.
Welcome the gooey muck of the cocoon.
Give yourself a daily diet of kindness.
Re-member the real you.
Speak with that voice.
Listen with that heart.
Infuse every breath with gratitude.
